• Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

• Carriers: We ship with trusted carriers and provide tracking for every package.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info so you can follow its journey.

• Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address — we want your piece to find its forever home without any detours! We’re not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s in your hands — we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
